Claero Solutions chose to integrate FIRE to ADP's system at the highest available level, allowing FIRE customers to invoice their clients with one click, and without any business process changes.

This integration philosophy has been continued with the introduction of ADP's OIR system. Where companies who are still using paper tickets will be severely challenged to submit tickets to the OIR system with 24 hours of service delivery, as per Encana's direction, FIRE's tight integration with OIR will mean that FIRE customers don't need to change a single thing in their current process to meet this need.
