Buy FIRE - Pricing & Versions
Listed below are pricing details for the different versions of FIRE.
For further details on any of the information provided here please contact us.
We make every effort to make the Pricing of FIRE clear and predictable, both during the initial implementation and for on-going charges. We believe that surprising our customers with invoices makes them angry and unhappy, and that's less profitable for everybody. So, the outline of charges presented on this page is what you can realistically expect.
Finally, and strangely enough, we're often challenged on why our prices are so much lower than our competitors. It's not that you're getting less, it just we're doing it better. For more details, please refer to our why we cost less section.

Please note it is
strongly recommended
you identify one of
your employees as a "Project Manager"
during the initial implementation phase of at least two months.
When this person is defined and available, you are almost guaranteed to get more out of your FIRE system, resulting in your company being more profitable.
Regardless of how dedicated and how much training and support our FIRE group provides, it's worth the investment to have the knowledge and focus of what your company needs being driven by one of your own employees.

Liability and Damages
Why we cost less
And before you ask ... Yes, we have considered just raising our prices.
Arguably we offer the best feature set in the business, the full suite of implementation, support and ongoing consulting to our clients, upgrades are included in monthly costs, and we have some of the best reporting options and long term plans in the business. So why don't we just raise our prices and put to rest any "it's too good to be true" questions?
Fundamentally we never want to be questioned by any of our clients, any size, at any time whether FIRE is making their company more profitable, all in.
So we'll continue to provide excellent value, and work our hardest to keep our best reference and resource of all happy: You - our client.
In this vein, below are listed some concrete ways we've worked to make FIRE the best value product in the business.
Reduce Licensing Costs
Within the past decade however this model has been turned on it's ear by Open Source systems, which typically incur no licensing costs at all. Over the past decade the maturity of Open Source systems in terms of functionality, security and stability has resulted in Open Source technology actually dominating market share, with companies such as IBM, Google and even the banking sector adopting it.
For more information, refer to our About Open Source section.
Therefore before FIRE staff had even written a line of programming code, our operational costs were substantially lower. This strategic decisions has paid huge dividends to our product both in terms of price and performance. And since the migration of one technology to another can be a monumental task, we are able to offer this advantage where other may simply not be able to easily change their technology dependencies.
Single Version of Program
The driving factor for this decision was initially customer service based. We had been involved in SAP and other ERP and database systems where the cost for the next upgrade was often more than the initial implementation, and incredibly disruptive. So we vowed not to put our clients though that pain. All our clients would have the latest version, and access to all features if desired.
This decision also had the added benefit of significantly reducing internal costs for FIRE. The FIRE group is always able to concentrate on the latest version for programming, training implementations and support. This substantially reduces internal costs as we don't have to duplicate resources, be it hardware, software, staff or support material for every version "in the wild". These savings we can pass on to our customers.
Implementation Times / Customizability
Since FIRE pricing is based on a single price for a defined set of deliverables, the more time we spend working on an implementation, the less profitable.
However, it is critical to client satisfaction that implementations are smooth and comprehensive.
Therefore the FIRE team has spent a great deal of time refining both our process and our systems to allow for through and successful implementation, but also fast.
In this way both your company and the FIRE system becomes more profitable.
Product Maturity
Although every one of our customers has their own needs, we have been able to refine the system over time to allow for these changes through simple configuration changes, or more often put the control in your hands. And not to charge you to re-write much of the same code, or understand the business needs over and over again.
Channel / VAR Costs
That means works is done in the most efficient manner with the experience to know how it will affect your system and your business. And our prices are not being marked up through various resellers or integrators.
Business Philosophy
We strongly believe that the best way to make our company the best in the industry, is to help make your company the best in the industry.
