FIRE Integration w/ Other Systems
Even though FIRE is not an accounting or a manufacturing system, the vast majority of data needed by these system is either collected by FIRE during field ticketing and invoicing, or maintained by FIRE.
Therefore it is often important for FIRE to be able to interface with these system to reduce work, maintain data integrity, and ensure the proper workflow is followed.
For this reason we have built not only standard interfaces to commonly encountered systems, FIRE also contains and infrastructure that supports the export of almost any data type to almost any system.
Here are just a few of the systems to which FIRE can talk:
Accounting / ERP Systems
Microsoft Dynamics Accounting System Family
- Dynamics AX [formerly Axapta]
- Dynamics GP [formerly Great Plains]
- Dynamics NAV [formerly Navision]
- Dynamics SL [formerly Solomon]
Small / Medium sized Accounting systems
- Intuit Quickbooks
- Sage Simply Accounting
SAP ERP Systems
- SAP R3 [Enterprise level]
- SAP B1 [mid-size to Enterprise level]
You name it
Billing Systems

Practically Any Other System
Web Services / XML feeds
CSV / Text Files / Excel
Being able to interface with other systems is central in the task of reducing the amount of re-entry and maintenance work you and your staff have to perform. That's why we've not only worked hard to ensure we can interface with almost any system, but we've even included the cost of customization of some of these interfaces into our standard pricing.
For example, our standard pricing assumes we will be making some changes to the Accounting System interface so it is tailored to the specific setup of your accounting system. This includes mapping charges to your Chart of Accounts coding, formatting of the print, and adding rules that are specific to your companies' invoice.
Why should you have to re-type information into your accounting system to create an invoice, or re-enter customer information into multiple systems. Do it once, and let FIRE help with the rest.
